Full backyard transformations in this market generally run $75,000 to $300,000+ depending on scope. We take a limited number of full-property builds each season.
The reason a coordinated build costs less than the same scopes bought separately isn't a discount. It's that the excavator only mobilizes once, the conduit goes in before the concrete rather than after, and nobody has to demo work that was done in the wrong order.
Everything under the water is what you'll never see again
Most of a pool project happens before anything looks like a pool. Cut and fill, drainage routed away from the house, base compacted and documented. By the time the coping goes on, the decisions that determine whether it holds up are already buried.
We photograph that stage. It's the part nobody else shows you, and it's the part you're actually paying for.
